Select Medical sends me a series of harassing email messages wanting payment for services. They don't have the capability of doing monthly payments evidently, so that send sub-invoices for portions of work. Select Medical attaches a link by which they somehow think that it would be easy to pay them. Then I click on the link. And I get an error message. Each and every time. Then, Select Medical leave a phone number in the annoying email message that they believe would be even easier to pay them. So I call that number, and receive a recorded message that tells me to call within working hours. I place that call at 11:15 am on a Tuesday. Evidently, this is outside their business hours. We are trying to determine if they actually work.

Select Medical sent their first statement for services a year after they were rendered. My insurance statement from the time notes that Select Medical submitted the claim incorrectly, and it was denied. Now a year later they are attempting to collect; I no longer even have this insurance or any recourse with them. When I spoke to the billing agent with Select Medial, they told me that none of this matters. I was incredulous when they hung up on me. I know that I reached my deductible for my insurance during that plan year, so this is predatory billing at its finest.

Seriously donu2019t work here Cheryl and Loretta pretend like they care and understand family emergencies but they donu2019t I ended having a baby and they would not accommodate me to have a week offf. So they let me go and talk money from my family

I have just spent the last 3 hours attempting to get copies of W2 forms from the previous years I worked. I have been forward from department automated calling list to other automated departments without consideration to what I needed. The people I have spoken to have been rude and I was hung up on 3 times. I was yelled at by one person who said don't you know this is tax season before hanging up. The promise to call back has never happen. I had never called them before and wouldn't have been calling if it wasn't important. This is very poor business and doesn't reflect well on their core values.

Unfortunately the staff is not entirely at fault. They are overworked and not staffed appropriately to provide good healthcare for their patients. My father had to sit in his own urine/ feces for hours, his IV came out and blood was dripping everywhere. I called the nurse, I applied pressure. It was 53 min before the nurse returned. When some nurses/CNT/CNA did rounds, they would stick their head in , pushed patient care timer indicating they came in and walk away without checking him. The staff to patient ratio needs to be adjusted for better care.
