My girlfriend and I tried to purchase OTC products. We were initially helped by a nice lady who completed our purchase in a minutes. However, 5 minutes later we were met with different person at the reception/POS (Point of Sale) to come back by 5 PM and leave our IDs, as they were too busy. This person identified herself as Ivonne.Earlier, Ivonne had snapped at another patient in line, telling her to sit down, your name will be called after asking, Have you checked in? u2014 all in a rather threatening tone. When it was our turn, she told us they were extremely busy in the back and that we would need to leave our IDs until the end of the day to receive our medication.Speaking to her manager Efren wasn't much better. He seemed even more overwhelmed and explained that they were short two staff members. We eventually settled on coming back later in the day at 5. When I came back at 5 Ivonne said hours to process orders is 10-3. 5 is only to pickup at the end of the day, meaning that they would suddenly need to hold my ID for at least 2 hours after processing my girlfriends just fine today.

The primary care and urgent care professionals are attentive and good communicators. The pharmacy, on the other hand, is a constant struggle (and I can see I'm not the only one, based on the other reviews). More than once, I've had to deal with rude or unprepared staff - and I understand that the real issue may be their training or the pharmacy processes.

I go to the pharmacy about once a semester to utilize my HOF as a disabled student and am always judged and treated rudely by those behind the counter. I don't understand why the pharmacy sees these bad reviews (as others also have bad experiences here) and still doesn't do anything to change the staffing or training. People don't want to come here because of how cold and unprofessional the employees are.

The pharmacy techs here are mostly OK but there are a few who are extremely dismissive and rude. Also new check in system for the pharmacy is absolutely terrible and makes everything take longer. UHS is in a race to the bottom with itself.

The nurses and MDs are wonderful. Unfortunately, after going to the pharmacy multiple times, I have witnessed the pharmacy staff be needlessly rude to myself and others. On one occasion, the staff talked trash about a customer loud enough for the whole waiting room to hear as soon as the customer left. It is extremely unprofessional.
