Everyone here was very professional. The provider Juan was very knowledgeable, , courteous with excellent beside manner . I felt cared for . However, i waited linger than i would have liked. I understand perhaps there were other matters that needed attention .nThe facility was SPOTLESS! That is extremely important to me. Over all i would absolutely recommend Yale Urgent Care for your medical needa.

Dr. Waseem Shahid is the absolute best! He explains everything and answers all your questions. And Angel Maita-Zapata, the medical assistant, was wonderful as well. They are very nice and professional and they saw me right away without an appointment. I will definitely use them again.

I had a short wait time. I was seen, not rushed and was happy with the outcome of the visit. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The office was very clean, the waiting room inviting and comfortable. The doctor I saw was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I will always go to Yale New Haven Health Urgent Care when I need care ASAP. Thank you all for a pleasant experience when I was feeling sick.

Paid 100.00 copay only to be sent to ER. The doctor was nice and suspected DVT...went to ER and they said no clot. My leg is still swollen, sensitive to.the touch, in pain, so still a little concerned but no real diagnosis from urgent care or ER.
