Absolutely horrible service. The front desk staff are beyond rude and when you ask them a question, they act like you are bothering them. They call to confirm your appointment and then when you show up the day of they cancelled and do not give a reason. My mother went for an appointment and had it cancelled and they told her the doc would see her but it would be a few hours. Please save yourself the headache and do not come here.

Where to begin. Staff is not only pleasant but very professional. They care to make sure all your needs are taken care of. Dr. V Pineda is one of the best doctors I have ever visited. Her level of experience is amazing. What sets her apart from other doctors is her compassion towards her patients. You don't feel like you are just another patient. She listens to your concerns and addresses them one by one. Totally recommend this office.

I had a very disappointing experience. Had an appointment at 1245pm got there an hour early to fill out registration forms, was not seen until 2pm. The doctor was very dismissive, seemed very uninterested. He was in there for less than 5 minutes, he asked me to do so blood work. I go in to do the blood work and was told I had to come back. The receptionists are very distracted talking amongst themselves. Truly disappointed, thinking about calling up my insurance cause I donu2019t think visit deserves to be paid.

They managed to re-schedule my appointment (annual check) 3 times. The 3rd time they changed the appointment last minute by text and I had to call to check what happened this time..nWhen calling (wait 10 min) they're not informative, interested to help or anything.nStrongly suggest to looks elsewhere, as someone that cannot manage an agenda I do not trust with my health!nBayonne - Riverside

The podiatrist here Annie Zeb is the worse. On two occasions I arrived a few minutes earlier than my appointment and ended up leaving after not being seen within an hour. The first time I was told it was because she had just come back from vacation and the second time I was told it's because she was out sick the previous week. I understand things happen, but I do not understand why someone would schedule up to four people for the same exact same time slot, just to have people waiting around excessively. I will never use this Dr, as these were wastes of my time.
