I would give a negative 10 if possible. This facility is FILTHY! It looks like it hasnu2019t been cleaned in months. Iu2019ve never attached pictures, but I thought that this situation called for the evidence. The floors were disgusting, exam table deplorable and I didnu2019t see any COVID sanitation in progress.nnThe staff provided the care that I needed and they were nice.

Iu2019ve been sick with parasites for YEARS!!! I couldnu2019t get hardly ANY doctors to listen to me , let alone, take me seriously!!! One time I was even greeted with a paper suit on the bed, if youu2019ve been to the psych ward you know what that means!!! Even my ex boyfriend wouldnu2019t believe me and he even saw them!!! Well Dr. Wong & Dr. Thomas at 24/7 Downtown not only LISTENED to me, they DIAGNOSED & TREATED ME!!! I told Dr. Wong I loved him even because I was so relieved to be heard & finally BELIEVED!!! If youu2019ve come in contact with me in the last 10 years please go to your doctor and tell them you were around someone diagnosed with parasites and tell them they were treated with Ivermectin 3mg 2 Xu2019s weekly for 2 months, permethrin cream 5% W/W total of 7 tubes, terbinafine hydrochloride, triamcinolone acetonide lotion, hydroxyzine 50mg capsules, & metronidazole 500mg twice daily for 14 days!!! Iu2019m already feeling better and the swelling in my head has gone down noticeably!!! I will never be able to thank you all for treating me with kindness and REAL MEDICINE!!! Please DONu2019T EVER STOP PRACTICING AND TEACH AS MANY PEOPLE HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE AS YOU POSSIBLY CAN!!! I love yu2019all!!! And a special thanks to Latavia for the pink Nikeu2019s!!!

Front desk receptionist was nowhere to be found for a good ten minutes. Had to consistently call for the doctor, who only appeared after my third shout, to have him go fetch her. When I asked the receptionist if I could use a picture of a photo ID she told me no when that wasnu2019t true, I just donu2019t think she wanted to be bothered. When in the examination room the doctor touched my groin area where I was feeling pain, after I winced he jumped and sakd u201cwell I wonu2019t be doing that anymoreu201d and immediately prescribed me anti inflammatory medicationu2026 The only questions he asked about my condition was when the pain started and what area it was in. After I told him I donu2019t walk correctly anymore and have a limp and that I felt like it might be more serious he said u201cI donu2019t walk correctly eitheru201d. All patients deserve to be respected, heard and properly cared for. I didnu2019t receive that here.
