Wow! This is the best umbrella system I have found ever. Iu2019ve done a great deal of research to find an affordable, durable and portable umbrella system for my home. With an open back yard that has great views (and lots of monsoon winds) it was imperative that I find an umbrella stand that is up to the task. Jim delivered our new umbrella the other day. It was really nice that he had brought out a loaner for us to use until our umbrella came in, and he positioned it on the east side of our patio to block the morning sun as well as provide some privacy from the neighbor. We haven't had any strong winds yet, but I'm sure when we do the umbrella will work just as it did in the video we saw of the umbrellas at his house during a storm. His design reinforces the pole at its weakest spot.

For years, I experienced a tangled flag, a flag that was torn up and even found that my flag and pole blown to the ground. I spoke to Jim Medlock about the possibility of the umbrella stand serving as a flagpole holder. I was told that it definitely would secure my flag. I now fly two flags! Because of the reliability of the flagpole stand, I ordered a Stay Put System for a recently purchased umbrella as it was only a matter of time before our strong California Santa Ana winds destroyed it. I enjoy my flag and umbrella every day and am grateful for the technology that has finally secured both. I highly recommend the Stay Put System.

Definitely our umbrella guy. The umbrellas were delivered when stated and they are beautiful. We have had a couple of pretty gusty days and they have really stayed put. I can't wait to enjoy our pool and patio this summer with our wonderful shade. Loved them so much I ordered a third. And Jim is great too.
