They have been open over a year and rhe facility is clean and nicely kept. This is a great urgent care. The staff is friendly and very nice. Doctors at location are helpful, nice and listen to your needs. Overall experience has been great and I recommend it to anyone who is looking for an urgent care that is clean and friendly staff. Absolutely will come again and wait time was great as well. Did not have to wait longer than 10min to be admitted.

I had a great experience at when I brought in my 1-year-old recently. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding.The check-in process was quick, and we were seen promptly.nnThe medical team was so gentle and caring with my little one, taking the time to explain everything to me and making sure my child felt as comfortable as possible.nnItu2019s never easy when your baby is sick, but they made the entire experience so much more manageable. Service was prompt and professional. The doctors and staff (Dora, Dr Martin, and Amin) were very pleasant and helpful. It definitely beats the waiting at the Miami Lakes Baptist urgent care. It was very clean and neat. I recommend wholeheartedly. The only drawback could be parking. This shopping plaza has a publix and cvs among a gas station, McDonald's, polo norte, subway and others. I did not have an issue parking right in front of it.

I had a fantastic experience today. It's a new, clean and quite modern place in our Palm Springs North neighborhood. I needed to be quickly seen for an infection and they were able to treat me almost immediately. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and efficient in checking me in. Faith, the nurse who took me to the triage room was very professional and made me feel comfortable. Dr Martin was outstanding. He took the time to listen to me, took a full examination and explained my diagnosis and treatment plan in a very clear and reassuring way. I felt really listened to and well attended to. I feel so much better now. I definitely recommend this urgent care center and wouldn't hesitate to come back if I need it!

This was my first time visiting this urgent care center. I was very impressed with everyone. The staff at the front counter were nice and helpful . When they saw I was having a hard time walking, after I finished the paperwork, they came out to me to collect it. I hardly waited at all when Dora the medical assistant came and got me and took me back. She was very friendly and had a pleasurable attitude. Dora made sure she understood my symptoms. I donu2019t think I even waited 10 minutes and Dr Arroyo came into my room. He listen to me and immediately diagnosed what the problem was and he changed my medication and I felt better probably within 30 minutes. I canu2019t say enough good words about this urgent care location. If need be, I would definitely go back there!!!
