Great place. The front desk and nurse were professional and friendly. I was a walk in. Waited just about an hour to see the PA. For a walk in, that is pretty great! The PA was great too. Took all my concerns seriously, listened and helped me. Was feeling way better within 24 hours. So glad I found this place for any future urgent care needs.

I am a new patient to this practice. I experienced great care from all the Staff. Quick response to my needs and concerns. And...when you call the office you get a person not voicemail.

This place was the best!!! We took our 5 year old little princess here for a physical and blood ud83eude78 work. As you know most kids are not excited about going to the doctor especially for blood work but the people the staff everyone was amazing super nice and friendly from the nurse Daisy to Tom the physician assistant he was so patient and funny with the little one she actually enjoyed her visit while getting all of her medical needs met. Thank you so much everyone

I've been here a few times. They are usually pretty friendly here. Sometimes the ladies at the front desk can give you an attitude but I don't think it's intentional. Rachel, the nurse practitioner is very nice and helpful, I hope she gets recognized for her work because she is great!. I would recommend going here. Also it wasn't packed like the other urgent cares.

Ultra Unprofessional! Am going to notate my account from today while the memory is still fresh. I waited in the waiting room 10 minutes, no problem there, most people would be ecstatic about a measly 10 minute wait. At this point myself and my six month old son are then ushered into a prison cell sized room approximately 6 feet by 6 feet where we wait...1 hour and 20 minutes. I finally open the door and stand in the doorway tapping my foot loudly until I am given attention. A woman walks up to me and asks if we have been seen yet. I reply, no we haven't been seen yet, and we have been inside this small room for 1 hours and 20 minutes. That same woman then asked me if the baby has gotten his vitals checked yet. I replied, is it my job or your job to know if my child's vitals have been taken? She hurrys off for some vital checking equipment and when she comes back I stand in the doorway not allowing her to enter the small room my infant son and I have been sitting in for at this point 1 hour and 30 minutes. She becomes defensive at my obvious signs of frustration and tells me if I won't allow her to take the babies vitals I will have to leave...Could you even imagine such a scenario in which a provider approaches a patient with anything but sincere apologies for their own unprofessionalism. Also, I can guarantee there are HIPPA violations, as I was able to listen to, with perfect clarity, the entire conversation the Dr had with the patient in the room next to mine within that 1 hour and 30 minute time my infant son and I were literally forgotten about. So if you would enjoy sitting in a prison cell sized room for long periods of time, with staff not even aware you are there and having no knowledge about your status, and if you would like your personal medical history, billing information, and personal/private information accessible in perfect clarity to the people in the rooms around you despite the doors being closed, then this is the place for you!
