Iu2019ve been to this office for over 4 years and all was good until they switched physicians and check in staff. The clerk who checks in is just rude and dismissive. She makes it seem her only objective is get money. She was also too lazy to figure out insurance issues and told me I had to pay full price because she does have time to deal with my insurance.nIu2019m recovering from open heart surgery and the last physician I saw was an older man who dismissed majority of my concerns and wasnu2019t listening to me as a patient. Tho there is staff there that I like, the new staff has made this place seem like a money grab and itu2019s not worth your time.nBtw I have never seen Dr. Bireddy in the 4 years Iu2019ve been there. Itu2019s a shotgun clinic of bouncing nurses. Quick CLINIC, not the best place for primary care. I will never return there.

If you have basic health issues or are old this place will work. But Iu2019ve been coming here three years now and my health has only gotten worse. Iu2019ve only seen Dr. Bireddy once, maybe for five seconds, without a full conversation. The PAu2019s Iu2019ve seen donu2019t do anything for me besides tell me to see new specialists all the time and they never fully listen to everything I have to tell them. They literally could have done a google search to diagnose me, but nobody cared enough, and now my symptoms are so bad that I have to use a cane. Iu2019ve essentially been self referring and trying to self treat this entire time because I go there and they literally do nothing.
