Continues to hound me day by day with reminders an invoice that Iu2019m not responsible for. Saw this doctor for an emergency refill. He lists Fidelis Medicaid as covered and then turned around and invoiced me after providing proof of my insurance. Called him and said he would cancel the invoice. Has sent me over 15+ emails in the past week reminding me of the invoice. Also important to note that he will hang up on you if you call him looking for clarification on your bill/invoice noting he doesnu2019t have time to u201cdeal with it.u201d Seriously? Youu2019re in the medical field. Be more professional and stop bothering your patients with invoice reminders you said you would CANCEL word for word. At this point, Iu2019m just going to pay the $75 and then file a chargeback so at least he stops emailing me incessantly. I have more of a headache from this than my unbearable TMJ headaches.
