This is the best Urgent Care in the area. Far better service than North Shore. The receptionist and nurses are very helpful and genuinely friendly. We were able to make an appointment with a flexible show up time and we were seen very quickly once we arrived. The care they show for their patients and staff is wonderful. Everything about our experience today was stellar.nnUpdate:nStill the best medical care in the area. We made an appointment (they take walk-ins) to have some medication refilled post surgery and Dr. Alex took some extra care to examine the incisions. He noticed some areas he could help heal faster so he took the considerable amount of time to make sure my husband is on the right and safe track to healing. The entire time he was engaging and informative. He even allowed me to watch closely as he worked. Exceptional healthcare in every way. We are very, very impressed with the amount of attention we received from beginning to end we knew Dr. Alex had the healing of my husband's incisions as his very first priority. This is so important to us because many medical facilities will not help you with post-surgical care if the original work is not theirs. UltraMed will help you with your post surgery care and do it with kindness, openness, and an incomparable bedside manner. If I could make this Urgent Care clinic my GP I would.

I had a very good experience here today. I came in with a feather stuck in my ear, and the staff at front desk were very polite and got me in relatively quickly to see the doctor. My nurse and pa were very kind and attentive and made sure I was comfortable. The doctor Alex was very kind and made me feel at ease. Overall there was very little pain and they were able to get the feather out and everyone was in good spirits. I appreciate the kindness and compassion as well. Highly recommend this center.

I went to UltraMed Urgent Care for the first time today. I was greeted by a most professional front desk receptionist. In addition to getting the paperwork handled smoothly, she (I am sorry I didn't get her name) also took me back to a private room for intake and to get my vitals. A very talented and pleasant young lady!nnI was then seen by Dr Alex Joseph, who was equally professional. He examined me carefully, diagnosed my case and provided an array of prescriptions to address my illness. His manner was caring, confident and reassuring. I've seen a lot of doctors over the years, and Dr Joseph rates very highly amongst them.nnThe facility is clean, new and pleasantly furnished/decorated (although they do keep the temperature a little low.) All the equipment appears to be new and of high quality. Overall, this was just like going to any proper doctor's office. Wait times were short, and staff took as much time with me as I required. Excellent overall experience and I will return should the need arise.

I got a laceration on left index finger from bush cutting machine. I was able to get an appointment on the same day. My copay was $30. I received a tetanus injection and stitches. I have to come back after 10 days to get the stitches removed. I was taken care of by Alex Jones, who friendly and helpful. The lady at the reception was also very nice and friendly. There was a 30 minute wait but the total time including everything was 60 minutes. I recommend UltraMed Urgent Care

After having had a bad experience with one of the administrative staff there, Dr. Alex made it a point to call me and discuss what happened. It was much appreciated. He truly cares about his patients and has been taking care of me for over a year. He and his clinical staff have been there for me--even during the worst of times, when I lost my two month old son. Despite this one negative experience, I will still go back as they are an excellent and professional practice who truly care about their patients.
