This place was the BEST Urgent Care I have ever gone to! Not only is it aesthetically pleasing, but the staff is AMAZING! This is not your normal Urgent Care--it is more like walking into a spa by how it looks. It's super cute and makes you feel so comfortable (especially when you are not feeling well!) Stephanie is so sweet and was able to give a diagnosis right away. She is so caring and is such a good listener. The woman at the front desk was also amazing and even wrote the address of the pharmacy closest so that I could pick up my prescription with ease. I live 45 minutes away and I have to say, totally worth driving the distance to go here!

I usually dread going to urgent care due to long waits and so-so service, but this place completely changed my expectations!nnI visited today for something I thought was urgent and was pleasantly surprised by how smooth and professional everything was. From the check-in with Bianca to the care I received from Dr. Stephanie, everyone was courteous, thorough, and truly caring. This is not your typical urgent care u2014 itu2019s a gem. Iu2019m so glad I found it and wouldnu2019t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for top-notch care and a kind, efficient team.

This is a brand new facility, and everything is spotless. Bianca, the receptionist, and nurse assistant is courteous and very helpful. I was taken care of right away. Bianca checked my vitals, and cleaned the cut I had on my finger. She also gave me a tetanus shot that was totally pain free! I was amazed!nThen I saw Stephanie, the nurse practitioner. She is also very nice and calm. She explained well to me what to do to care for my cut. She was very reassuring. She took really good care of my wound. This was a very good experience!

I took my child to UMG Urgent Care out of fracture concern. Bianca and Stephanie were very kind with wonderful bedside manners. He felt at ease throughout it all.nnThe office is new and very clean! It may be nice to add some magazines in the waiting area.nnBe aware that clicking for Google directions in the confirmation email may take you to an urgent care off Cedar Ln! I mentioned that to Bianca.
