I have been sick with what I believed to be a respiratory infection for 15 days and counting. Decided to try Uncommon Care because I received a recommendation from a friend. I had a wonderful experience. I was seen quickly on a Saturday morning. Front desk staff was kind and helpful. I saw McKenzie the P.A. and she was knowledgeable and helpful. She has a wonderful bedside manner and I will definitely go again if I need immediate care.

I donu2019t go to the doctor much at all. So i donu2019t really have a primary care. I was having abdominal pains, they did labs and sent me for imaging. After the imaging results came back, there were some non ideal results for someone who doesnu2019t know what theyu2019re looking at. Iu2019m not normally an anxious person at all. BUT this time anxiety set in heavy. Called and spoke with the doctor on 2 different occasions, just to go over the results to better understand and curb my anxiety. They answered every question i had, honestly and truthfully. They elaborated on the details i needed! These Doctors are angels, without a doubt. And Iu2019m so thankful that i chose them for this.

Whenever you're visiting an Urgent Care, the circumstances are likely to make you feel negative about the entire experience. When someone saves your life, you look back and appreciate the sequence of events that transpired during that time. As I look back across this past week, I realize that Kim Jones made the key, prompt decisions that kept me out of the hospital.nnIn addition to the outstanding accuracy of the diagnosis and treatment, I felt welcomed by the friendly staff. The waiting room was comfortable and clean.nnThe onboarding process could be digital and masks could be readily available for people with respiratory illnesses, but I was very happy overall.nnIt's really nice to have an Urgent Care that you can count on. I wish you all the best. I hope that I don't have to visit again soon, but I know that I will be taken care of if I do.

I really love Glenn Tripp as a provider. Today I have been waiting over an hour. And there was only one other person in the waiting room when I arrived. Other people keep getting seen ahead of me. Once in the room, I have been ignored. It is frustrating. If I hadn't already paid, I would leave.nnEdited to add:nMakenzie was a wonderful provider. Thank you for the response.

As far as clinics I have used, they are better than average. Staff is usually friendly and try to help. They are not technically advanced as some but they get the job done. Rarely busy and fairly clean.
