Smart mouth ER Dr doesn't realize that you can't ask dementia patients questions because they have no memory... i think i hurt his fragile little ego. Also, going to Union Hospital Emergency Department is the exact same as not going at all

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I have never seen such horrible care in a hospital. Took my mother there, the care was substandard, the food was completely inedible for a sick person and they made her wait for up to an hour at a time to go to the bathroom when called as a fall risk. I would spend hours there with her and no one would come in unless i went to get them for a reason and even then, took forever. No care organized for release and now 3 days later, still nothing in place. Steer clear of this place if you can!

I have never worked with such incompetence in my life. The staff. Including doctors, were unprofessional and despite my efforts to get a safe discharge plan for my sister they just wanted her out. They put her in a cab and sent her to my address. Christine Waters was unprofessional and not only had any compassion for my sister advised her to contact police against me because I'm I was unwilling to bring her back to an unsafe environment. Professionals are supposed to help not pass the buck. If anything happens to my sister here I will pursue a law suit. Unbelievable how unprofessional this staff is.

I had excellent care with the nurses and my surgeon. Dont know why my vocal chords are messed up. My urologist moved out of network and they never replaced him. Please someone save our urology care.
