Never in my life have I experienced such rudeness...I showed up early for my 1 PM passport appointment with all required documentsu2014birth certificate, photo, check, old passportu2014but couldnu2019t bring the D-11 form because my printer was down. The official website clearly states the form can be picked up and completed at the post office, which Iu2019ve done before. I arrived 10 minutes early to do just that.nnThe clerk was incredibly rude and told me they never have the forms, despite a labeled holder that read u201cout of stock.u201d She lectured me about being unprepared, canceled my appointment on the spot, and told me to leave. Meanwhile, her tone and demeanor were drastically more respectful toward the two African American customers before me, which made the entire interaction feel discriminatory and unprofessional.nnThis is now the second passport appointment canceled through no fault of my ownu2014and Iu2019m supposed to travel internationally in under six weeks. Based on other reviews, Iu2019m clearly not alone in dealing with this level of unprofessionalism. This experience was frustrating, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. I have also filed a formal complaint through your website and would like a call or E-mail regarding this concern.

I typically donu2019t leave reviews, but after several consistently negative experiences at this location, I feel compelled to speak up. Each visit has been marked by unprofessionalism, with staff who are consistently rude, condescending, and unhelpful. There appears to be a complete disregard for customer service, which is especially concerning given that this is a government agency responsible for handling critical documentation, such as passports.nnThe lack of accountability and care exhibited here is not only frustrating but potentially harmful to the public. In my opinion, a full review and overhaul of the staff is necessary, with qualified professionals brought in to ensure that services are delivered with the respect and efficiency that citizens deserve.nnI sincerely hope to hear back regarding this matter and to receive some form of assistance or resolution. The public deserves a better standard of service, and I urge the appropriate authorities to take this feedback seriously.

ZERO STARS actually! Went to pick up a letter that needed a signature. Arrived shortly after 5 pm. Found out that there is a separate door to go in for that, not in the main lobby. Also found out that this service closes at 4 pm. When I pointed out my pickup slip states open 9 am to 6 pm, the clerk told me that's the hours for the main lobby. What a bunch of nonsense. It's the slip the post office notified me with, including the address and the hours for pickup. Why wouldn't they list the hours you can actually get your mail??? Ok, maybe the hours changed at some point and they have a billion of those slips left, would it be too much to ask for the carrier to spend 5 seconds to change the time on the slip with their pen from 6 pm to 4 pm???nRidiculous!

Some of the rudest people you will ever meet. I went here for a passport and had a few questions to which the postal worker rudely told me I should jlhave just googled the answers. When I politely informed her I had googled them, but didn't get a clear answer she was completely unhelpful and told me it was my job to know this information. I've never gotten a passport before so understandably I wanted to clarify a few things, but no I guess it was too much to ask for the worker to do her job. Also when you go for your appointment no one is there to help you. Terrible experience overall, and the workers need customer service training.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Super rude! My USPS pickup email reminder only listed the address, not the hours of the location to pick up my package. I work long hrs, need to sign for the package, and tried to coordinate pickup on my one day off work. The USPS website doesnu2019t specify hours for various services, only that the location is open till 6 pm. I drove 30 minutes only to have the lady say u201cItu2019s closedu201d. Just like that. No, u201cif youu2019re here to pick-up a package Iu2019m sorry to tell you that they close at 4 pmu201d. It was just u201citu2019s closed, itu2019s to the right, it closed at 4, itu2019s closedu201d. The lady was probably tired of saying this all the time but thereu2019s a more polite way to say it and USPS would solve or at least decrease such instances if they indicated package pickup hrs in the reminder email/on the website. I really hope USPS reads this and makes some changes.
