Dr. Julia always remembers your name, your conditions and previous prescription. You will always feel well cared for at this clinic. It's located in a super convenient location on Joneboro Rd near Sam's Club. Service is friendly and speedy. The doctor and staff here know that they are serving local community. First and foremost, I have severe anxiety when visiting the doctor's office. However, I had as pleasant of a visit as a cyst extraction could be. The staff helped get me in quickly, and Dr. Julie fixed me up and was very informative on preventative measures. It's such a shame to see these low ratings! Don't knock it till you give them a chance.

Iu2019ve always had a great experience at Dr. Vuu2019s office. The staff is welcoming and efficient, and the nurses are so kind, always making sure Iu2019m comfortable. Dr. Vu truly listens to my concerns and explains things in a way thatu2019s easy to understand. My whole family goes to her, and we all feel really well cared for. Iu2019d definitely recommend Dr. Vu to anyone looking for a doctor who genuinely cares.

I had a heartbreaking experience today at this establishment. I always switch visits between Dr. Vu (who I love) and Dr. Than. Typically, the people here are so kind and respectful but today I was not treated with the utmost respect. The Dr. (Dr. Than did not check my chart to see what I came in for). She tried to offer allergy medication that I did not ask for. I simply asked for a more extensive allergy test so I can stay away from certain foods that cause inflammation in my body because I have acid reflux. Dr. Than decided to cut off my speech to u201ccheck my heart rateu201d randomly as I was trying to explain something to her regarding my health (due to my cholesterol). It was made clear that she did not want to hear what I had to say. The asian phlebotomist (who is normally nice to me when I come) was very nasty and did not believe me when I stated I was coming in for a lipid panel, in addition to a (new) phlebotomist , jamaican lady, who both looked at each other and then at me suspiciously and made me stick out my arms to u201csee if I had good veinsu201d. It felt like I was being treated as if I was on drugs or something. I am supposed to go back for a blood review but I do not want to step back in there. I only went today because the Dr suggested I come back for a 3 month review due to my high cholesterol levels. Whats most upsetting is that one of the things that I liked about this clinic is that its a small practice. I have a hard time with big hospitals because of my anxiety. Its sad but I will have to find a new PCP now. As a young black woman, I have never been treated like that before and it hurt me to my core to be discriminated against especially to a Dr I have been to for several visits.
