Updates: It happened again. I have been paying monthly regular payments, but their billing office send my account to collection without letting me know via email, mail, or phone call. They said Doctor send it not us. Interesting, I never seen Doctor is sending account to collection. This is a billing office call. I hope their supervisor see it and contact me.nnI just had a phone conversation with your billing department. The rep said she doesn't care what I am telling her. When asked to talk with supervisor, all the times it goes to voice mail. Supervisor never returns phone calls. It is a shame to have this type of service from health service provider. I have never seen any rude and unprofessional rep in my life. She probably forgot that the reason why she has a job it is us, patients. If if you really care about your service, write me msg and I will give all the details. Or you can take a listen for your phone call records, to see quality assurance and see how your billing staff treating your customers.
