Usually Iu2019m pretty patient. But I came in very sick. Vomiting, severely fatigued, dizzy. And the doctor took her sweet time. Literally talking about stuff not relevant to medicine outside of my room. When itu2019s flu season I feel like doctors should really prioritize getting their patients out as fast as they can. This is just super frustrating. She literally only gave me like 20 seconds of her time.

Not impressed at all. No one smiles or is welcoming. The front desk girl acted like I was in the way, and when I got to her desk she said without looking at me flatly, what do you need. The doctor wasn't much better. He asked if I had Googled my problem and come up with a solution. And now I will get to pay him for doing nothing but repeating back to me what was hurting. I won't go back. And I won't be recommending it.

I come here every year for flu shots and when Iu2019m feeling ill. They never disappoint! I definitely recommend going when Dr. Riggs is in. 5 out of five!

I will never go back to this location after going to the new fast pace health on veterans. The staff at this location are so disrespectful and I feel like they never listened to the patient or would just shove medicines in the patients face. They are definitely not thorough like fast pace and the staff are much nicer!

I came in with a sore throat, fever, and headache. I asked to be tested for strep but was told that if he tested for it he wouldnu2019t be able to prescribe me antibiotics. Two weeks later I found out from IU health that Iu2019ve had strep this whole time and because I wasnu2019t treated it developed into pneumonia. Do not go here no matter what. They failed me.
