The perks of having a unitypoint express is utilizing the online platform to not conjest their lobbies with sick individuals. The Fort Dodge Unitypoint express doesn't open their online portal. Great way to push people off to other providers in the area.

I don't recommend this place, everytime, I've been here they misdiagnosed me or my family members. This time it caused me to take FMLA, because my family went there for basic treatment and ended up getting sicker than when they went in. They didnt test/X-Ray for basic Pneumonia. The pills prescribed didn't do a thing. My family members had to go to hospital to get treatment they deserved.

Went in little over a week ago with cough and was just given pills for cough. Next day ended up being admitted to the hospital with Pneumonia and now I took my son in for a cough he ended up with the same provider and was given the same pills and the next day I find out he has pneumonia.

What a wonderful experience! I cannot recommend this clinic high enough! My first thought when I walked in was how clean and welcoming the environment was. And then I was greeted by a very friendly staff member and quickly got through the initial questioning and check in process. The wait time online was accurate (actually waited less then what it predicted). The nursing staff and PA were all very professional and friendly. I was able to check in, be seen and get the medicine I needed all within one hour. Best medical visit I have ever had! Highly recommend if you have any minor sicknesses or concerns. Thank you UnityPoint Clinic for such a wonderful experience.

Clean, well-kept facility. Wait time listed was an hour. It was actually only a matter of minutes, despite it being cold and flu season. They were efficient. I had a kind, helpful provider who was patient and respectful. Exceptional service! Only urgent care that I have ever left with admiring their service. Great clinic!
