I have been going to this office for at least a decade. The Doctors are wonderful (Dina) specifically was great everything besides the doctors. This place is a joke from billing to wait times, communication etc, get blood work done expect to have to call them for your results, they wonu2019t call you. so do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else. Itu2019s a shame because as mentioned before the doctors and nurses are awesome.

I just want to thank premier care associates staff and Dr. Doshi for helping me with my health. Personally, I have been neglecting myself, and now that I'm in my early 30s, I have been listening to my body and Dr. Doshi's recommendations. After being dealing with my illness for over 2 months, he's been on point with his diagnosis from the pain to my arm to the fatigue, sleepiness. He's been suggesting seeing a different specialists and of the places I've gone, they said good that your listening to your primary doctor. (That means he's on it) He's a great listener when it comes to the multiple complaints and aches ive been dealing and I can feel the passion he has of medicine and providing his expertise and I'm thankful that I found someone who takes my health as serious is I do. Dr. Ameet Doshi and his team are the best and I recommend a 10000000000xnnI will be returning back to him to finally figure out what is wrong with me and I wouldn't trade him for anyone else.nnThat's all and thank you very much!!

Was able to see me last minute however they tried to bill me for an annual physical with an NP that was fully covered by insurance. They also bill for follow ups to obtain your results which is new to me as my last PCP would consider it the completion of the initial visit. Billing dept was able to fix the coding error. Review your bills and contact your insurance before releasing payment(s). Feel better

1) The Doctors are good, competitive and professional.n2) Premier Care Associates had some policies & i wish their front desk team, Appointment schedule team were aware of their policies & knowledgeable & trained . They just handover the form & ask patient to fill & sign it. They refuse to clear any doubts.n3) I wish they mentioned it earlier to few patients that They do not bill Annual health checkups for new patients under Annual health checkup category. ( It might be a problem with some of insurances as it is not billed under Annual health checkup category & you end up paying bills). Either the Premier care associates must agree to bill it under Annual health category for new patients or your insurance company must agree to put it under Annual health category regardless of the category that hospital submits it undern. Or the patient is ready to pay bill if it isnu2019t claimed under right category. That way the patient & hospital & insurance companies are all on the same page & thereu2019s no conflict.nnBefore you visit, kindly check with both your hospital & insurancen& if you are able to afford if both of them do not bill it under the category you expect itn3) i Wish the billing department & front desk were more kind and helpful.n4) the patients should carefully review the forms & read policies carefully before signing. If there is no information that you are looking for, the patient must not choose to visit the hospital . It was my mistake.

I have a very good experience when I am visiting the doctor office. Dina Cara is taking very good care of her patients. I would recommend this place. I understand that we need to wait little bit longer for receptionist to answer a call but the office is alway busy so it takes them longer to answer calls. But other than that I think that I donu2019t see anything that would change my mind to change a doctor. Even doctor Doshi is a good doctor because we had emergency and he took us in and recommended us to hospital. I must say that I like this office and I am glad that I changed and become patient here. Thank you
