I saw Dr. Nardos on 05/05 due to a fever that had persisted for five days. My urine test showed protein and my liver enzymes were elevated. I was not given access to any online portal or written results u2014 only a verbal summary. Dr. Nardos told me to stop drinking alcohol (though I donu2019t drink excessively) and to follow up in a month.A few days later, my fever continued, and I called to ask if I should go to the ER. I was told my symptoms didnu2019t warrant a visit. Shortly after, I was hospitalized for five days with high liver enzymes, an enlarged spleen, and a severe infection that required IV antibiotics, multiple CT scans, an MRI, and a spinal tap.While my fever eventually broke, the infection triggered an autoimmune reaction that began attacking my nerves. Iu2019m now in physical therapy to relearn how to walk, and half of my face is paralyzed.I wish my concerns had been taken more seriously earlier. This has been an extremely difficult experience, and I hope this review encourages more thorough care for patients with persistent symptoms.

It is a good clinic good doctoru2019s and good nurses. The issue i had was I need prior authorization letter from the nurses to write to my u2026. and one of the nurses u201cShugriu201d bless her she is one of a kind completed the authorization letter to where it supposed to be faxed. Couple of days latter they needed more information from the clinic or the doctors office the nurse was on leave whocompleted this work but there was a male nurse his name is u201cXasanu201d lord very incompetent nurse wonu2019t even let you finish talking. I am a patient they needed and they needed a nurse to send the information they needed from the clinic but Xasan refuse to do it I call multiple times at the front desk girls and they said he is the only nurse that they have in the office for now it was very inconvenient and overwhelming experience for me. I canu2019t believe a nurse could be unkind and helpless.

If there is Zero Star I gonna give them. No good service, just waist your time and they are trying to push you more to get another and another appointment that you never need it.

I am not one to write reviews, however, my experience with Axis has been utterly EGREGIOUS. This clinic is extremely negligent and unprofessional in a multitude of ways. I went in for some health concerns and instantly was made extremely uncomfortable by the unprofessional behaviors of the staff (front desk workers on their phones, staff staying in the room when I undressed, etc.). Knowing I wanted no affiliation with the clinic after the initial visit, I declined ALL diagnostic testing. Without my consent, they sent a sample anyway (I was not told what was being tested, why or where), and was stuck with a nearly 1,000 dollar bill from Quest Diagnostics. Shocked, I had a consulting physician write a letter to the CEO demanding Axis be responsible for the outstanding bill. I followed up twice with my own letter and got no response. I received an email several weeks later from the Clinic Director telling me that reaching out to the CEO was highly inappropriate, and that she doubts he will do anything other than what he has done... She further told me that they submitted my insurance to Quest (over two months after they should have) and that it was done not as an obligation, but as a favor. The staff remains negligent to addressing my main concern and is framing the issue as Quests' mistake to gaslight me into thinking they are off the hook. EXTREMELY unprofessional and would not recommend such poor care to anyone in the Minneapolis area. Absolutely appalling.

A good place for Immigration exam. You can have your results in 1-2 days.Plus, I had to have the doctor re-sign another copy (because of my fault), and their nurse, name Haimi (I may be wrong), was very nice and helpful to accept the request with no charge
