The doctor was very nice but the lab tech was extremely rude so now I see why there are so many other one star reviews. I needed to provide a urine sample and since Iu2019m a nurse I knew I didnu2019t have enough in the cup so I told her that it wasnu2019t enough and she gave me a dirty look and said u201cthatu2019s not enoughu201d and then I said u201cyeah, I know, thatu2019s what I told you when I showed it to youu201d and then her attitude continued with further questioning so I asked if I didnu2019t something to upset her and her attitude continued. This was close to home so I came here but Iu2019ll drive further to be treated better. The doctor was great though.nnEdited to add: I was in their office when I wrote the review and since there wasnu2019t enough urine in the cup the first time I stayed to get another sample after drinking water and when I got to the bathroom the door was locked so I knocked on it because it wasnu2019t locked the first time I used it so I wanted to see if someone was in there. I told the staff the door was locked when I tried to go and they said someone must be in there. I let them know that I knocked and it was locked and they went to go check it. The lady yelled u201citu2019s lockedu201d and said nothing more. I waited a few seconds and she still didnu2019t say anything else or return so I laughed and said well I donu2019t gave the key. And they seemed to be upset that I said that. What was I supposed to say? Shouldnu2019t they say something like u201citu2019s locked so Iu2019ll unlock it for youu201d?? I think the communication is lacking in this office and I think they are rude when there are communication breakdowns. The poor doctor doesnu2019t stand a chance on getting repeat customers with their attitudes.

Ended up here in tremendous pain & saw Dr. Duff. What a wonderful doctor. She listened to me & my body & made me feel at ease. She was compassionate, informative & has taken great care of me. An absolute blessing she is.

worst service ever! the staff there are very inconsiderate and rude. when they gave me the shot, they didn't even wear gloves!nnI was surprised to get a positve on TB test. Then they gave me a X-ray and was informed that I will get a result like next Wednesday. I tried to call them sevearl time and every time they lied to me...Sometimes they will say to check with the doctor and call me back after half an hour, but they didn't...nthen I called again and they said they will call back next morning but they still didn't...I am shocked at their service...They are the rudest people I have ever met in my life....

If i can rate less than one star, I would. This place is so horrible now. I used to love coming here. The staff here donu2019t seem to know what they are doing. Appointment time didnu2019t matter. I will wait 1 hour to 1 1/2 hour after my appointment and when I finally got up to go asked them, they look at each other, talking in their native language and say, Iu2019m next. This is about the third time already.
