Clean, Organized, Friendly, Dedicated, Professional, & Kind... I seem to always arrive Early & they always seem to fit me in early too! Great People! They know that their time is not the only precious time there is...nAlso, they have a Patient Portal that you can log into and actually see your scans!! Ao even when you are away from home and need to see your previous scan for whatever reason, log in & Boom! there they are! Thank You!!

First of all I would like to commend the front staff at UCI in Melbourne, they are friendly and knowledgeable.nI am extremely frustrated with the unprofessional and dismissive behavior I experienced from the scheduling department at UCI.nMy physician ordered an MRI due to concerns about a possible blockage, with the clear instruction that it be completed prior to my follow-up appointment on June 27th. However, when I contacted the scheduling department, I spoke with an individual named Fifi on two separate occasions. She repeatedly insisted that the MRI had to be scheduled on the same day and at the same time as my doctoru2019s appointment, despite this contradicting the order and common medical sense.nNo matter how I tried to explain the situation, she refused to consider any alternative scheduling and maintained a rigid, unhelpful stance. I requested to speak with a supervisor, but was told no one was available. After spending over 20 minutes on hold and getting nowhere, I contacted another imaging facility and was able to secure an appointment within two minutes.nThis situation, which should have been straightforward, became unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming. Due to this experience, I will no longer seek care through UCI and will take my medical needs elsewhere in the future.

The staff is super nice and the place is clean. The radiologist who read my report gets my 2 stars. The report read I was negative for a serious condition but as it turns out today from my neurosurgeon the radiologist was incorrect. I had an idea he was wrong so I had called after I got the report and asked to speak with him in order to explain so he could opt to relook at the images but was told they do not speak to patients and my neurosurgeon would need to call. My neurosurgeon is booked so far out. There is a reason they go by the images and not the reports. What this radiologist did was make it so now I may need to jump through more hoops with insurance for additional images when needed. I will never do another MRI with this place. I will definitely be writing a letter in more detail to medical director Dr.Preston.

I had an appointment for an MRI arrived there half hour before time front desk with very pleasant didn't wait long at all .nWas brought to the changing room again of very nice person explained the procedure. Rated about 10 minutes after changing was taken into the MRI room very nice technician.nOverall the experience was very pleasant and they made me feel very comfortable
