My family would like to thank the doctors and nurses in the TSICU unit. My sister was life flighted in late on Friday and had emergency surgery at midnight. She had a second surgery on Saturday morning and another on Sunday morning. She was so sick we weren't sure she would make it through any of them. The doctors did an excellent job each time. They are so good at their job and then the kindness and concern with the family was exceptional. They took the time to sit and talk to us and tell us what was happening with my sister. The nurses that took care of her were also so good and kind. Ultimately, we lost her because she was so tired and couldn't fight any longer. Everyone was so kind, caring, patient, concerned with our family. They truly love what they do. We couldn't have asked for a better team or been sent to a better hospital. Even the security guard we kept encountering was so kind and friendly. Please know that the family of Sharon Austin will be forever grateful to all of you.

I was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in nov 2023 and was brushed off by several hospitals until I found my way to Dr. Mohamed and Dr winters and I cannot express my thankfulness enough for both of these men. Dr.Winters was not only compassionate and professional but very good at what he does. everywhere I went to have testing or scans done and the staff seen he was my surgeon they all had nothing but great things to say about him and told me i had the best. They gave me hope where there was none, they went above and beyond to make me feel human and not just a lost cause. I cannot thank them enough! By the grace of God I found my way to them and I am grateful to say the least! I had the whipple procedure and am healing great! I can only hope they see this and know how much I appreciate them. Thank you

My husband had heart surgery and had Sarah Eapen for his surgery and we feel so blessed, she is professional, kind and we love her so much, and the the CTICU unit were awesome people too, Thad and Anthony we remember but EVERYONE in that unit was kind and took good care of my husband. We thank UH for saving his life.

I have grave concerns regarding the time you allow your doctors to spend with their patients. As a senior citizen restricting my time with my doctor does the doctor and I a great disservice. Now at 74 I am forced to find another physician in less than a year because my doctor feels restricted (my words, not his). This is if I decide to continue with UH Hospital in Cleveland.

My 34-year-old brother was in and out of this hospital from 2022-2023 until he passed away. The staff here have the best bedside manner I have experienced compared to other medical centers. My brother was treated with respect and dignity the entire time. Even on his final days, some of his former nurses and assistants came into the ICU to see him one last time. I commend the management at this hospital on how well they treat their employees and it reflects in how they do their job.
