Recently I visited the Lakewood Urgent Care. I was hesitant because I have never been to one. I certainly will be going back there. The staff was very helpful with helping me make sure my insurance was accepted there , the offices were very clean, and the wait time was minimal. I was even able to get my script filled there. Very knowledgeable & helpful staff. Thank you.

Excellent service from the moment I walked in! Everyone was friendly, efficient, communicative and caring! I had a broken thumb and was in a lot of pain. Everyone was very accommodating, careful and patient as I tried to sign forms and position for X-rays and splint! The expectations and follow up instructions were clear!!! Everyone was sincerely genuine and kind when they wished me well! My provider James B was amazing! The Lakewood West team/family is the Gold Standard of how people should be treated!
