Iu2019ve been using this location since the 90u2019s (shoutout to Dr. Hansen who was basically my primary care doctor since I saw him more than any of my other MDs). During my visit last week the staff at the desk were so helpful and friendly, and the nurses I saw were also lovely and efficient. I happened to go on a slower day (maybe the rain kept people away?) and I was in and out within 40 minutes. Not guaranteeing that everyone will have that experience every time, but the staff here operates with a sense of urgency without making you feel rushed. They even gave me info about their primary care doctors which Iu2019ll definitely take them up on. They even had disposable masks for adults and kids with a cough, and I was happy to put one on even though I only ended up having a sinus infection. Better safe than sorry!

I read many of these reviews before posting my own opinions. After twenty minutes past our appointment time for primary care. We approached the front desk and was notified that there's still one more patient before us to see the DR. So we got taken back about 35 minutes past appointment time. Jasmine the medical assistant was great. Good person, caring. Their scale for weighing patients was 34 pounds different then the one we use everyday. Her weight was never rechecked. The experience with Dr.Panner was very poor medical treatment. No bedside manner. Doesn't really care. She never checked the things doctors are supposed to do. Never listened to heart or lungs. No eye, ear, or nose check. Didn't check her feet. Wasn't concerned about the weight my sis added due to pain from her arthritis. This is the sad when a doctor she referred my sister to. She forgot that doctors name three times during the visit. Then instead of updating the referrals for the two doctors my sister sees. She decided she would make us wait until she saw at least one other patient first. So we said we were leaving. We were told that the referrals would be in the patient portal by the time we got home. They weren't. Now we see if they get them in before the weekend. ZERO stars. Would be happy if contacted about this doctor. They did manage to get the information into the patient portal. One last thing and because we don't drive. We tried setting up this appointment as a video visit to save some money. They offer this service but had an excuse why they couldn't schedule it that way.

UMC Quick Care on 9320 W. Sahara Ave is a great option for your health care needs. Staff are so knowledgeable and helpful to take care of your needs! Denise at the front desk is also very friendly and professional. Dr. David Winn is very knowledgeable and has a great understanding about how to treat people! Itu2019s highly recommended to follow him and his team! He is very good at explaining things and he has an excellent sense of what to do when you need help. Absolutely, outstanding comprehensive, compassionate and wonderful service. We were visiting from out of town. My husband had an acute medical issue and we were seen and cared for very promptly and efficiently. This clinic is a role model for accessible and outstanding medical care. From the efficient and kind intake person, Shay, to the extremely thorough and thoughtful nurse, Carla, to Doctor Hansen, who was in incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and informative. We got lab results in a timely fashion and the medical issue, which could have rapidly escalated, was resolved. We are so grateful for this exceptional care.

Shay, the lady that helped me check in is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. Sheu2019s so kind and understanding and she made me feel heard. I was so afraid of coming and being judged but she understood and let me know everything and helped me so much. The nurses and doctors here are also really kind and helpful! Shoutout Shay for being the best:)
