I arrived approx. 830am shortly after opening. There were 4 people in the lobby i asked the front desk the approximate wait where i was told that i had 4 people walkin before me and they started going back quickly. My name was called and I went to the exam room. Where they took my vitals. Then they told me they were short staffed (which is said everytime I've been there) they also said they had another Dr scheduled to come in at 11. They left the room. Then I waited... I had enough time to watch a movie and then I walked out asking how much longer. I was told I was next but they are short staffed. (Multiple staff sitting around) i waited another 20 min before I had enough and stated I wanted my copay back and I wanted to leave. They stated that they couldn't give my copay because they took my vitals.... I Then stated services were not rendered give me my money back and I'll be on my way. They asked me to step back in the room where I was asked if I would wait and that I would be next. I said I am tired of waiting and being told I was next. I want to leave. I was given my copay back and I left.nnI would not recommend this place at all! If I could give a negative rating I would.nnPeople coming here should be seen in order of arrival being they ask on the forms if it is a medical emergency. It is a shame Medstar has a monopoly on Healthcare in the area.

Very happily was taken back to an exam room within five minutes of arriving and completing paperwork. Not happy I had to sit for two hours and wait for swab results. No one checked on me one single time, and I was miserable! The exam table was sitting straight up and if they had at least lowered it, I could have laid down and been resting while I waited because it was a long and exhausting two hours after I got back there. The technician did crack the window for fresh air, which I did appreciate. Diagnosis finally confirmed and I went straight to pharmacy to pick up my four prescriptions which were ready when I got there.

Went in today. The staff was very nice and professional. They asked a lot of questions to make sure they fully understood my symptoms and explained everything they were doing. I appreciated their thoroughness and attention to detail.

The entire staff was kind, quick, to the point, and professional. I had scheduled my appt. online. I was there less than 10 mins and they called me to the back. I was out in less than an hour. This included x-rays & lab work. My script was already sent & ready by the time I made it to my car. This is the best service I have received from an urgent care.

I have had a good experience each time I've gone here. The waits can be long, but that is to be expected with urgent care. The front desk and medical staff have all been friendly and helpful, and have fully addressed all of my medical concerns for my family.
