I will not be returning to this office, unfortunately. In the 3 times I saw my PCP over the span of 3 years, she never remembered who I was. The 2nd to last time I went I read on the portal that I had a few health diagnoses that I should pay attention to but no one called to talk this through with me. I left a message and my doctor responded to do xyz and that we'd test again in a year. She failed to mention that one of my vitamin levels was low, also. Something got screwed up with my insurance so they tried to tell me I owed over $600 for an annual visit. I've been going back and forth with them for months to explain that that can't be possible but I'm hoping it will be resolved soon. When I scheduled a meeting to get updated lab results to see if anything was different my doctor merely chatted with me and sent me on my way. She did not arrange or approve for me to get blood drawn and I left feeling defeated. While I was hoping it would be a good fit for me to go there, I can see that that is not the case. Wishing other patients a better experience in the future!

First time there, everyone was super friendly. They do offer valet parking, thereu2019s a bakery, other eateries close by and if youu2019re not from the area thereu2019s other things you can do.

For over a year, I have been seeing a variety of doctors here at this Penn location. I feel like each visit I am treated with care and respect without judgment or being stereotyped by my medical history. I am able to communicate my concerns clearly and work with the doctor to make sure I am treated appropriately. I truly feel like I am being heard and validated and this has been the best treatment experience Iu2019ve ever received from healthcare professionals. Thank you!

Went to Penn yesterday with a friend who needed a procedure (all went very well). The staff could not have been better! Every person involved was courteous and helpful from the information desk, housekeeping, nurses and doctors. They went above and beyond. Aaron was amazing on 3rd floor patient intake. A nurse whose name I didn't get even walked me to the LUCY bus stop so I could get to 30th street for the train. MANY THANKS!
