Very unprofessional front desk, people for registration. I asked the question because I had two appointments on the same floor in the building so I want to register both. Told no I know I had wait till the appointment time. Just didnu2019t want to wheel around again to first floor. So I ended up going home.

I have three children so sitting in a Doctoru2019s office during the end of pregnancy is expected but this place is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS with their wait times. Being so close to the end itu2019s too late to switch doctors now or I would. Every visit is at least 3 hours, with the longest one so far being 5.5 hours! I donu2019t plan on having more kids but if I do I WILL NOT be returning nor will I recommend this clinic to other women. Get your clinic together, Iu2019m not the only one who complains about the wait times at this clinic.

This place is terrible. September 8,2022 came down for an appointment. The registration desk two undesirable women have me such a hard time they wanted to know where my husband worked at as I was calling one lady said, just put refused and I didn't refuse. September 14,2022 came back down for some tests and a Doctor/resident gropped me in the information lobby the same lady that was mean to me open September 8, was no help. Got in touch with a Tiffany and Brenda made a complaint and all they could say was thanks for bringing it to my attention a couple of weeks later got in touch with security concerning the footage and no one has returned any calls or anything. I'm looking for legal counsel for these incidents.nP.S. under the HIPPA law if I don't want a resident in the room I don't have to have them there. The doctor forced me to deal with residents when by law I wasn't supposed to have residents there.nMost of this is on video tape. I was also told to turn my body cam off or be arrested for trespassing. I switched doctors.n#INEEDALAWYER

If you have the means to switch hospitals or doctors. DO IT! This hospital/clinic is the absolute worst. Wait times are out of control, the staff is rude (including some of the doctors), no one answers the phone, they make the simplest tasks, like rescheduling an appointment the most stressful, labor intensive thing. If I wasnu2019t so far along in my pregnancy I would have switched a long time ago. Seriously! Donu2019t make the same mistake I did!

OB department does not care to see you in a timely manner at any time. Numerous times we show up early and wait an hour or more past out scheduled appointment time. Take your business elsewhere. These people do not treat you like a customer. You are more of an inconvenience in their day. Punctuality is not their thing here either. I recommend leaving this entire medical complex to a last resort of you have the choice to receive medical care elsewhere. The women's hospital is just as dangerous. My wife left in worse condition than when she arrived. Staff joke and kid around while you sit in a room and your days schedule is ruined because they could care less about the integrity if your schedule.
