No one there seems to really give a crap about your healthcare! Prescriptions are not filled on time. My doctor doesnu2019t ever do a breast exam or a pelvic exam. She just tells me that the other departments will let her know if thereu2019s a problem. She doesnu2019t listen to me. Iu2019ve been complaining about a shoulder problem for five years. Now I find out that I have five different things wrong with my shoulder that she made jokes about.u201cItu2019s arthritisu2026 Join the club!u201c

So I got a referral for my doctor to go to this place, and I get a letter in the mail stating that they have been out and successful in reaching me and they needed me to call to make an appointment at my earliest convenience. I've tried calling them three times today they have not picked up their phone they did go on lunch from 12:00 to 1:00 but here it is 1:28 and I still can't get anybody if this is an example of how it's going to be I think I'm better off just not coming to this appointment. If they had called me it would have showed up on my calls list or my voicemail but it had not so I don't believe they actually tried to contact me. Not even a patient yet didn't even get a chance and I'm already annoyed by the fact that they won't answer the phone and they say that they get back from lunch at 1:00 and it's 1:30 and nobody picks up. I have several doctors and lots of medical problems and I'd really don't have time to waste on the phone. I don't even know why I was referred here. If it was for mental health where I don't like talking on the telephone I can see why they offer that.

Nearly completely impossible to use there phone lines to schedule an appointment. They also stopped walk in care. Leaving Maine Health and Convenient MD. They moved to a new facility down the road They were completely understaffed for the new occasion that was presented to them and have not utilized the complete resources available of this new building.

Badly runu2026unavailable by phone at liisted number for last 3 weeks. Switching to Maine Health. Love my PPC, but all administrative functionu2026donu2019t function.
