Went in for fever, congestion, and body aches. Flu test came back negative. They sent me home with nothing, not even an antibiotic. I paid a copay while I was there but I still received a bill. The flu test was $110 and the doctor visit was almost $300. I have pretty good insurance and have never had to pay anything more than my copay for an urgent care visit. I called customer service and they were no help. She just kept repeating the same sentence without really explaining anything. Minimal care and high prices, complete waste of time and money

The worst service I've ever had in a clinic charged me 87,00 for an inr, the person that did this never did an in before, didn't know how to do it, told me to stop taking. My pills until I came in again, be aware, stay away from this place .my insurance with is Medicare paid 28.61 the heavens urgent care wants 87.39 .that's not 20 percent.,I'm getting ahold of better business and making a complaint

My wife and I both had a wonderful experience. Staff was courteous and professional. Despite us both feeling poorly we couldn't have asked for a better visit to a prompt care facility.nThanks for taking such care of us.

They are the worst managed facility I have ever seen. I got billed for a co-pay when I should not have. I dealt with the billing department many times over a 90.00 dollar charge. Finally, the resolution was 30.00 was refiled correctly. The other 30.00 was written off. I payed reluctantly the last 30.00 because I did not owe it. Thought I was done. Then months later was recharged the 30.00 dollars that was written off. Piedmont now has turned over 30.00 dollars to collections. I also tried to call The manager of urgent care never called me back. DO NOT USE THEM.nnI just spoke to customer service. THEY HAD NOT INTENT TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. THEY JUST WANTED TO SAVE FACE. DO NOT USE THIS URGENT CARE. THEY HAVE THE WORST PATIENT RAPPORT EVER.

Do not go here unless you want an absurdly large bill for a covid and flu test and then to be berated for paying your bill. I went to this clinic feeling awful was here for almost 3 hrs to get a covid and flu test they were not busy so the time was ridiculous. Within 2 weeks of visiting I received a bill in the mail that was due Jan 2. I received 3 different calls to pay the bill before Jan 2 even arrived including calling my emergency contact to ask about paying my bill which is completely unprofessional. So I pay part of my bill on Jan 2 with their payment plan option with the next payment being due on Feb 2. I then received 2 more phone calls about paying my bill that has been set up on a payment plan. I just paid my bill for Feb 2 and today is Feb 7th and I have already received another message to pay my bill and the last payment isn't even due til March 2. Their billing practices are basically harassment, I have never in my life received so many calls and messages about a bill with any other health care facility my family uses.
