All these reviews are so misleading. Letu2019s start with the fact the website says they have strep throat testing. Well when I walked in, they looked at me like I was crazy and said they donu2019t have that. THEN letu2019s talk about the locationu2026.ITS SERIOUSLY A JOKE. in the back of an empty grocery store with broken shelves that looks like itu2019s been abandon for years. Most ghetto place ever. The girl at the front desk was so rude both on phone and in person. Reviews and website are very misleading! Would never recommend anyone to go here. Photo you can see the empty store with no health all the way in the back. Felt very unsafe to even walk to. Just crazy how misleading NUI health advertisements are.

Today I went to the NIU walk in clinic on Bishop/Hotel Street. I was very pleased with the service. I went right when they opened and was serviced quickly. The front office staff/nurses and doctors were very pleasant. The doctor gave me a copy of the prescription she had to prescribe just in case I had issues. Every thing was very smooth sailing for me today. It really helps especially when youu2019re feeling sick. Kudos to the staff. Highly recommend this place.

Great experience here with Dr Kwon and Ashlyn. Walked in for a strep test I was in and out in less than 20 mins. Very clean and comfortable environment. 10/10 recommend.

I had a great experience at NIU Health. The staff was professional and I was seen in a timely manneru2014even as a walk-in. What stood out most was the compassion and attention to detail from Dr. Youngbean Kwonu2014she really listened and took time to explain everything clearly.nI really appreciate that they welcome walk-ins, which makes getting care so much easier when you're not feeling your best. Highly recommend

First time here and honestlyu2026 might be my new favorite urgent care (maybe even my new PCP at this point ;)). Everything was so quick and smooth. Lele and Ashlyn had me laughing even though I came in feeling like absolute poo! I couldnu2019t even remember why I was there.nnDr. Kwon was awesome u2014 we ended up bonding over my dog and then everyone began swapping photos like old friends. By the end of the visit, I completely forgot I was supposed to be sick and heading home to rest.nnDr. Alex followed up the next day which was really appreciative. A+ teamnnIu2019ll definitely be back (hopefully not too soon, but if I have to, I know Iu2019m in good hands)!
