Everything from check in, to seeing the Dr, to walking out the door after our visit, was AMAZING!! I highly recommend this Urgent Care and the staff was SO caring and friendly! I will for sure be going back for all my children's urgent needs and mine :)

Turning away a sick patient that has been at your clinic several times is ridiculous!!! How about sign up for the provider portal to verify all insurance. The front desk didn't even try calling the insurance to verify the eligibility. Next time pick up the phone and call. I was seen at a different facility. Stay away from this place they only care about $$$$. The staff is so quick to scroll of social media while working instead of actually doing their job!!!

Been coming here quite a bit when needing help addressing health issues. Flu, colds, sinus infections, etc I have come here a lot and am ever so grateful to Dr. Russell Alterman and the amazing medical staff at EXER Urgent Care. Everyone is patient and helpful and super nice! I always come out here feeling like they really listen and help with whatever health issues I may have. Office is in a convenient location and very clean too! They got a nifty digital check-in system too. This is my go to for anything urgent care related.

10. You guys were so great work me! You were all very friendly and it was an easy and pleasant experience. You even had the medication I needed in stock which was such a great plus! I would definitely recommend every one of you again!
