This morning, I visited Upham Corner Dental and Eye Doctors. Upon my arrival, the receptionist, an older Spanish woman, named maggie displayed a negative attitude. When I suggested she shut up due to her demeanor regarding my information and appointment, she responded by telling me to shut her up. She became quite upset and even suggested I fight her the security guard. Although I was already seated, I found her reaction astonishing; after years in customer service, I know this behavior is unacceptable. It was shocking that she would actually invite me to fight. I don't understand what's going on with the staff, but it's clear they need to hire people with better customer service skills.

Thus far, each appointment I've had has been wonderful! With doctors performing their exams with care and alleviating any concerns I may have. Overall, a very professional and welcoming environment. Would recommend!

I donu2019t understand the negative comments but to each it own. When I went in for my eye appointment, everyone was LITERALLY nice to me had the answers to all my questions and was all very helpful. Definitely sticking with them in the long run

Terrible will have you on hold for long period. Unprofessional ,doctors always on leave for long time period. They open at 9am itu2019s going on 9:30 I am still on hold to schedule a eye exam when you go inside nothing going on to why they have you on hold for over 30 minutes to schedule a eye exam I DO NOT recommend anyone to go here for their care.

I bring my son for Dental and they were so great with him. Now he brushes 3 times without me asking. Front desk was nice and it was very clean everyone had mask. I like them and it's not my last time bringing him.
