Staff, nurses and tech very nice and courteous.nI went for a left sprained ankle, it hurts, I couldn't put any weight on it. And I'm very disappointed and upset with Dr. Rincon, he sent me to work the very same day, not giving me chance to rest the foot, elevated it or anything just because it wasn't broken. My line of work I walk the whole and long distances. Even just to go to my office and restroom it's a long walk. But he didn't have compassion, even when I explained my place of work and he just sent me to do desk work.nThe boot hurts even if I use the crutches ud83dude1f disappointed.

This place is top tier. Iu2019ve been to plenty of urgent care facilities and this place is by far the best. Theyu2019re fast, efficient, courteous, and caring. We were never left sitting in our exam room waiting and wondering what was going on. We were taken care of right away and checked on frequently- all hands on deck. I appreciated the staff and how empathetic they were to my son. Thank you Upper Valley Urgent Care!

Pl The first time I went there itu2019s a little out of my way, but it was covered by my insurance. The first time I went I was so sick. The doctor looked at me and said oh you poor baby gave me two shots and medicine to take home took care of almost everything except for my cough. I went back recently. They did x-rays two shots again more medication on the first time I got in really fast the second time I was there for an hour total is clean very nice people. They have a pharmacy on site. Good doctors. They helped me. I appreciate it.

They pulled me to the back after waiting 45 minutes. Iu2019ve now been in the back room for 45 minutes. They forgot that I was in here. I had to go outside of the room, they just said they were busy. Why am I pulled to the back and then other patients are seen before me that arrived later? Arrival time 5pm itu2019s now 6:45pm. They are seeing other patients before me and I paid out of pocket for this visit. First and last time I will ever trust this business with my time or money. The doctor then got upset with me with me mentioning that Iu2019ve been in the room for an hour.

I have been here twice within a few weeks time span. My first visit was for a pretty bad neck spasm & unable to move my head. The service was quick and thorough. An Xray, steroid shot & RX and I was out! The Dr. and everyone there were sooooo nice and made me feel like I was getting the best care. I just went today for my second time and they did not disappoint. Again, felt thoroughly cared for and just another amazing experience. I will keep coming back! BEST experience in an urgent care Iu2019ve ever had. Keep up the great work.
