I was a patient for over 10 years f I relocated and Iam trying to get my records they initially told me 7 to 14 days I called on March 2 today is March 20 and I still donu2019t have my records. No one calls you back. This is a terrible place. I just want my records. Iu2019ve been without my meds for over a month. I just want my records you canu2019t talk to anyone in the Supervisor area. This place is terrible.

I would not recommend this place to nobody..nMy mother-in-law is a patient from this place, but every time that we come to an appointment, the doctor takes hours to come and see her they let my mother-in-law to be in the room waiting for the doctor for more than an hour and a half, she have an appointment today at 3pm we get here before 3 because I know they always take very long to see a person, we have arrive at 2:50pm and she came out almost 5:40 ud83dude31 The time waiting itu2019s really awful. 3 hours for a regular appointment. ud83dude21

This place is a complete joke I have been trying to get my doctor or atleast a nurse to give me a call and still have not received one single response why do I have to go through a third party to even get in contact with someone at the clinic I do not recommend anyone to go here they are unprofessional itu2019s extremely hard to contact anyone in the clinic
