Honestly, I think Iu2019ll just stick to Hospitality ER. I came in with pain and left feeling the same way. I explained to the provider that I had taken ibuprofen beforehand, but it wasnu2019t helping at all. She didnu2019t examine me or anything; it felt like she rushed me out. My visit lasted only about 15 minutes. She told me, u201cIu2019m going to send you a prescription for ibuprofen,u201d even after I told her that the medication wasn't alleviating my pain. If I had already been taking it, why would she prescribe more? She didnu2019t even offer me anything for pain while I was there. Overall, she was sweet, but I feel like she wasnu2019t listening to me and hurried me along. I will not be returning.

This clinic is really great. Not only are the staff always kind, patient, and attentiveu2014something that makes a huge difference when dealing with older loved ones who may need extra time or assistance. The doctors and nurses take the time to listen carefully, explain treatment options clearly, and ensure that all concerns are addressed.One of the things I appreciate most is their efficiency. Unlike emergency rooms, where long wait times are common, when going to Integrity it has been fairly quick to get my family members seen and treated without making them feel rushed.Additionally, the facility looks clean and well maintained. The front desk staff is also very helpful when it comes to scheduling and insurance questions.

I went for the first time today with flu-like symptoms that had persisted for four days. From my greeting to my departure, I was fully taken care of! Angela, my nurse, was above and beyond with her hospitality and care. I left the office feeling like I made a friend! My NP was Tina and she was equally as great. She checked me thoroughly, answered any of my questions, and made sure I got the help (and medicine) I needed! Above and beyond care from the staff at Integrity Urgent Care.

I came here because they were open after my work hours and the reviews seemed promising. My advice: don't do it. I came in with a migraine that I couldn't get under control, flu-like symptoms, and sinus pain. I wasn't suprised I tested negative for flu, strep, and covid as I think it may have been complications from my allergies. However, my main concerns did not feel addressed. I said the over counters at home didn't touch my migraine and my migraine prescription wasn't working either. I was told to continue the medication I had at home and use a warm towel on my head. I was told it was all may be due to my migraine and only after repeating my symptoms and explaining that I've had this issue in the past did we settle on virus or early sinus infection. I was almost sent home with only nose spray before I asked that my other concerns be addressed. After being told she would not prescribe me anything for my migraine I was able to ask for and be prescribed Bromfed to dry up the drainage that I was concerned would turn into bronchitis and a z-pak in case it was early onset of an infection. As someone who works in the medical field, I felt brushed off as soon as I tested negative for Strep, Flu, and Covid. I felt like I was bargaining to be sent some with some sort of treatment. Overall felt like I may have been an inconvenience to their free time. I came here because I didn't want to go to Hospitality ER and be there for awhile when this was an urgent care matter. I won't make that choice again. I hope others who decide to use their Healthcare services have better care than I did.

Angie was a great nurse and did a perfect blood draw! Only convenient place in town where I could just walk in and have my vitals recorded for insurance reason. Note: type in the location address for maps. Clicking on the address location with Apple Maps will take you to a different spot.
