This place is the best place for a covid test! I have tested there several times and have taken my 4 and 1 year old there as well. Every time, they have been efficient, polite, and quick. Today when we went, there was a line out the door and around the corner. However, there was someone outside passing out clipboards, asking people to have ID and insurance ready, and reassuring people that they would be with them shortly. They had a separate line for people with an appointment and an area for people who were just waiting for someone. We did not have an appointment, but all 3 of us were in, out and at Smoothie King in about 20-25 minutes. These people are on their game and have made what is typically an unpleasant experience - a pleasant one.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Went to get a test done, that took a while. The issue is not that it took a while though. The issue is that they gave me a guarantee that I'll have my results by a certain hour. That promise was the only reason I went there in the 1st place. They ended up not holding their promise and kept delaying the results. I ended up going to another urgent care and got the results within hours.. same day.

I had an urgent medical issue, and the care I received at 365 Urgent Care was exceptional. The staff was welcoming and empathetic, and the medical team was skilled and efficient. They communicated clearly and provided top-notch care. The facility was clean and well-equipped. I couldn't have asked for a better experience during a stressful time. Highly recommended!

Have been waiting for 24 hours for my lab results I am very sick I was told that the results will be out by midnight but I have still not received anything!nnThe phone number does not work I called the office around 65 times with no answer this is very unprofessional!nnI had to drive to the urgent care AGAIN to get my lab result and they were closed on a Tuesday afternoonnnIf you are sick and need help donu2019t go to this urgent care because they do not care about their patients and give you fake promises on your test and results
