I went in there this morning after driving a treble fish hook through my thumb from a mishap releasing a large halibut whilst surf fishing. Dr. Amy and Aron were working and did an exceptional job. I had to bring in my three young sons and they were pretty worried about me. I am so thankful that Dr. Amy was willing to remove the hook on premise and not send me to the ER. My experience was exceptionally positive.

Made an appointment. Was not called back into the room until about 45 minutes later. Then after nurseu2019s assistant whom was veri friendly took my vitals, I waited almost an hour in the room until the Nurse Practitioner saw me. She was friendly and thorough. The exam room chair didnu2019t have the removable sanitary paper on it like other urgent cares do, so I hope they disinfect in between patients. I left the office two hours after my scheduled appointment. I wont return to this urgent care unless I canu2019t get in anywhere else.
