Urgent Care 90210 is hands down the best urgent care experience Iu2019ve ever had. Located in the heart of Beverly Hills with plenty of public parking, itu2019s incredibly convenient. The waiting room is modern and well-designed, and unlike other urgent cares, itu2019s never overcrowded. Their team of three receptionists ensures a smooth check-in processu2014something you rarely see.Iu2019ve visited twice: once for my childu2019s injury and another time for a severe allergic reaction. Both times, we were seen by the nurses within 10 minutes, which was amazing. Dr. Ehsan Ali, whom I know through his concierge service, was exceptional. He immediately addressed our concerns and provided top-notch care with genuine kindness and professionalism.The best part? By the time we walked out, our prescriptions were ready at the pharmacy downstairs. I canu2019t recommend Urgent Care 90210 enough for their efficiency and excellent care!

I wish I could give a 0. I came in April 7th for severe pain in my abdomen. Gave blood and urine and Its been two months, iu2019ve called four times and they not only havent provided results but they tell me they will have a manager reach out ASAP and nothing. They billed me for services yet have rendered no services. I cant even get a call back. This is absurdity at its finest. PROVIDE ME MY LABS PLEASE! Iu2019m updating this because you are trying to say I never got blood there. Yes. I did. Maybe you lost it, but yes. I DID. Blood and urine. So now we have an even bigger problem. Are you saying you LOST my blood????

The receptionist working on July 10th at around 21:02 was the most unpleasant creature this Urgent Care could have ever gone out of their way to hire. The name of the place is called Urgent Care. Most urgent care facilities tend to accept Kaiser, this unrefined monstrosity thought she was cute trying to tell me how Kaiser works. All she had to say was no we don't take Kaiser end of story. But sometimes you come across these type of people and all one can do is let others know that the receptionist working this Urgent Care is just as gotty and offensive as their unnecessarily ostentatious decor.
