Absolutely the best urgent care in the area. I have come here on multiple occasions, and they are always on top of everything. I can check in on line so it makes my wait so fast. They also have some of the most friendly doctors I have met. They always update me and listen to all my concerns and issues, and act accordingly. I recommend this urgent care to everyone. NP Clarissa is literally the BEST!!! This is my first time at Inland urgent care and literally first experience was a home run, knocked out of the park incredible with kindness and professionalism not only from the NP but the staff. If you want a NP that truly cares for her patients and wants the best possible results with the correct form of care, go to her. I had been to multiple docs with the same issues and they just wanted to band aid it everytime but Nurse Practitioner Clarissa wants to ensure the issue is truly resolved correctly not by just throwing another band aid on it. 10/10 recommend ud83dude0e

Easy to get an appointment and register online same day. Very kind and helpful staff. We waited a bit longer than expected based on our assigned appointment, for reasons unknown, however, once we were seen by the nurse and doctor, we were pleased with their concern, thoroughness and time they took with us. The front desk young lady was very friendly, accommodating and professional and kept us updated. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Thank you for providing care for us today as we were traveling and away from home.

Came into urgent care on a Sunday afternoon May, 18th 2025 and was seen for a bad case of laryngitis. The wait time was short and not long after having my vitals taken and being put into the exam room I was quickly seen by physician assistant Pratt who listened to my was patient, friendly and very knowledgeable. She had a quick diagnosis and gave me very helpful advice that no other urgent care doctors have given. I really liked her bedside manner. I was in and out quickly. Inland Urgent Care will now be my go to for future urgent care needs.

Had a great experience this evening. Took my son in for intense ear pain. The staff was very kind & we were able to see the doctor pretty quickly. We got a diagnosis quick & prescriptions were sent to the Pharmacy fast.
