My Experience at the Janitell road location is always exceptional. The facility is clean wait times are reasonable.NP, Christa and here assistant are so amazing and attentive to my needs. I wish primary care was offered here as I would choose Christa as mine. The whole staff from start to finish really works hard to put your mind at ease, and are so kind. Which is so important when one is not feeling well. I highly recommend this location Iu2019ve been coming here for years a a the experience is always the same . Stellar!

My wife and I visited over a month ago. When we went to pay, we were told to wait for a bill in the mail. Two weeks later, we received a bill for $171.20. I paid it promptly, thinking that was the full amount.Now, weeks later, weu2019ve received an additional bill for $224, this time from the hospital itself. Apparently, the $171 was just for the practitioner. All of this for a 15-minute consultation where no treatment was provided. The u201cdoctoru201d simply told us to put ice on it.I agree with another reviewer, this place charges like an emergency room. Shame on you for taking advantage of Coloradans. And with so many 1-star reviews, I have to wonder how this place still has a 4-star rating. Are you buying your reviews?

I absolutely love the staff at this Urgent Care. I've been coming to this location for almost 10 years and have never had a bad experience. Super clean, wait times normally are not bad but mainly because all of the physicians have been outstanding and have treated me so kindly, including this visit, I had the honor of meeting and being treated by Dr. Riesberg. He was so sweet and very efficient. Went out of his way to show me stretches and made sure I was comfortable with the recommended treatment. Super fun to chat with also. All of the staff is!Best Urgent Care in the Springs

Excellent service. We came in for an allergic reaction for my 5 year old and Dacus, Jesse Wayne, NP and his team immediately took care of my daughter. They were so quick with her anaphylactic episode and we were then bussed by ambulance to childrenu2019s. They responded quick to her symptoms and everyone there was so kind and helpful. A huge thanks to him and his team for April 12, 2025, I will truly remember this day and the exceptional care we received.

I usually have a pretty decent experience going to this location. But today I did not. I went in with extreme shoulder pain and limited mobility. The doctor (i wish I got her name) did absolutely nothing. She didn't even bother to evaluate me she just asked me where my pain was and then proceeded to tell me it was my muscle. She got upset with me because I have a fractured rib that was already over looked and I told her i was afraid the same thing was happening again just in a week span. She got attitude with me and said it's not like they can do anything for broken ribs any way and you need to advocate for yourself all she did was prescribe me painkillers and sent me on my way. I was there for less than an hour which would be fine but the fact I was in and out was because they refused to do anything. She wasn't even bothered to have me lift up my shirt to exam my shoulder. Her words get a massage seriously? You can't tell someone it's their muscle without examining them first. You'd think seeing your patient in tears from fear and pain would make you want to find out what's wrong.
