Dr. Daniel Lin Was very nice, explained in details what he thought could be going on with my daughter, Staff was very kind and professional, Office was clean and very organized - Did not wait long was greeted as soon as we stepped into the door and was given NP treatment papers in the same minute taken back to a room as soon as I was done finishing the paper work. Took less then 10 minutes for the whole process up to and including my baby girl giving a urine sample to seeing the doctor. I will be coming back - Hopefully NOT TOO SOON, but if needed!! I saw nurse practitioner and she was amazingly knowledgeable and relatable. She made me feel very comfortable and genuinely seemed concerned for my ailment and symptoms. Professionally performed an exam after we had a informational conversation and immediately addressed and went through every concern or instruction. Very thorough. Would 100% recommend to anyone who doesnu2019t want to be treated as dollar signs and as an actual person Bravo!!

This is a new urgent care in the NorthEast located at the former 711 on Brous and Cottman. Dr.Lin was very professional, the front staff were very friendly. Check in process was nice the weight machine has a laser that also takes your height, the thermometer was contactless and the finger pulse had a cute panda on it for the kids. He asked for our symptoms and gave a look to the areas we were concerned about. Overall didnu2019t take too long of a wait time since not many people know of this location and I am in high hopes that it stays this way. Definitely a great spot to go to when you need help quickly.
