My entire visit was great. The receptionist was so kind & helpful. I was a walk in patient and I only waited maybe 15 minutes. The doctor was awesome. He listened to me & seemed genuinely concerned. I was in and out of there just under an hour! Iu2019ll definitely go back.

Iu2019ve been to this urgent care a few times. Both times on the weekends, I was turning away. I feel like itu2019s very understaffed. I definitely feel like they need more staffing. Did schedule an appointment online a few hours prior to going in for my appointment. Once I showed up and checked in, it took them almost 2 hours to get me in.

I arrived about 450p and got scheduled a slot for 5:10p. I wasn't called back until almost 545p then had to wait more in the room. I ended up leaving the location until after 620p-ish.nnThe MA and the Doctor were excellent though! The doctor listened to all my concerns and took time to thoroughly check everything. Which is why, I'm assuming, was why I waiting long to see him. He takes time with each individual. Honestly, the wait was worth it. After seeing him, he sent me off with a few scripts. I saw him this past Tuesday... it is now Friday and I feel so much better today. Thank you to him and the staff for all their help and caring! I Definitely recommend it here... just expect to wait a bit.

I scheduled an appointment 24 hours before and arrived with no wait time. From the front desk, to the nurse who listened to me and checked my vitals, to the Dr., I was met with understanding and solution. Professional in every way, Doctor was attentive to my needs and had a plan to get me back to my great self. I have no insurance and no family or routine doctor and chose NextCare as I needed to be seen pronto. I would choose NextCare again if needed and I would definitely recommend. Yes it cost a ghastly fee up front, but the right people, with ttheir knowledge and the feeling they are invested in your wellness, is worth every cent. Very satisfied with my visit today!

I was pleased with my experience here. I am from out of town visiting relatives and experienced a medical issue needing attention. Because of time commitments with the relatives, I was unable to make an appointment and chose a mid-day weekday time to walk in and determine if they could see me. It was at a relatively slow time for them and I was able to get seen more quickly than I had hoped. The gal at the front desk was helpful and I appreciated her bringing humor into my visit. The medical staff was efficient and knowledgeable, processing my urine test quickly and calling in a prescription to fix my problem. I would highly recommend them.
