Very cold staff. They don't seem to really care about how you feel. Makes you feel like you are on an assembly line. Not one staff member evens introduces themselves. They come in and go out just as quickly with barely listening to you. Then if you have a sore throat someone comes in and tells you to open, swabs your throat and leaves without saying anything. Then they say you have drainage causing the sore throat when I clearly said I did not have any drainage and then they stare at you like how dare you question me. Literally horrible customer service skills. We aren't just your job. We are people who have feelings and have come to your place to start feeling better. A little common courtesy and friendliness goes a long ways. How can you be in this industry and not be polite or personable? Will never recommend this place.... ever. Then talked to the owner and he proceeded to tell me that he sides with his staff and that he does NOT care about client reviews on google, and anyone who puts reviews on Google is bull crap and he doesn't have time to review the reviews. Well guess we can see why your customer service is horrible, because you are leading it.

Brought my 2 year old in on a Sunday right before closing. I have never had such excellent service at an urgent care as this! The doctor and nurses were kind and personable and, despite my child being very fussy, extremely patient. Highly recommend.

I went to urgent care on Tuesday of last week and couldn't have asked for a better visit providing the circumstances. I went in due to strep throat and the staff was very friendly, the office was immaculately clean, and they had me in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Everyone was very courteous and concerned for my comfort. They assessed my condition, explained 'road to recovery', prescribed medication and within two days, I was back to full strength. God Bless The Staff &medical professionals.

They don't know how to take your blood pressure without leaving bruises. Charles Valgora doesn't listen to the patient or read the paperwork. He tried to be a smart mouth telling me it is time to get my inhaler out of the drawer at home when I live in Maryland. Thank God I don't have to go back there ever again! Would love to get supervisor information.
