Iu2019m not from Lincoln, so I was relieved to find such a heavily rated 5-star urgent care. Super clean facility with nice waiting rooms and incredible staff. I got lucky, was seen, treated, and on my way in less than 30-min. The nurses and the doctor were incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Very, very grateful I got the care I did today on a Saturday!

Myself and my spouse have been to this urgent care about 4-5 times in the past year. Overall it's a decent experience, people are polite, the facility seems clean, and there's usually no significant wait time. However, we do not feel heard by the providers. Multiple times we've gone in for various ailments, each time having waited multiple days for symptoms to resolve on their own and tried home remedies first. We go to the doctor when we feel we need help, and have been frustrated by the response of it's just a virus and it's just acid reflux or it's just anxiety. We know our own bodies. If it was just ____ then we wouldn't be wasting your time, but instead it feels like you're wasting ours. We come in asking for help and we get treated like we're dumb and annoying, and sent away with nothing but a bill. I understand that 99% of the time it's horses and not zebras, but one doesn't need to be so close-minded either. I feel we would be better off going to an ER, because at least there they would run tests and maybe listen better, but urgent care is much more budget friendly and we really don't want to fill up an ER with something that's not an emergency when other people need help.

The Man at the front desk was very caring and patient . I really appreciated his kindness.The nurse was very thorough and kind.The Doctor was very informative and understanding. He explained everything and discussed my options. Iu2019m so thankful I was able to get some answers and later medicine. . For not feeling well at all I walked out confident with the care I received .

With no exaggeration I can say this is the best urgent care I have ever been to. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the people at the front desk were so welcoming, it's the perfect place to go when you're not feeling well. Not only that but the nurse practitioner that helped me made me feel like I was heard and understood completely. I left there feeling better. It was an overall amazing experience!
