I had an appointment at 1:00 on 02/17/2025. They took temp and vitals and told me to wait in the waiting room.nI left at 2:00, and Dr Rath had never showed. This is why I am forced to go back to the VA in Beaumont and forced to drive to Beaumont once a month .nPitiful way to run a business. I hate Medicare as bad as I despise the VA.

Obviously those old reviews don't apply anymore, I haven't had any negative things to say, only positive. They always answer the phone and get me in at the time I want to go. First time patients do have to go in early in the morning but they can do appointments anytime after that. Everyone was very sweet and helpful. One of the girls even helped me out to my car when I didn't have my walker. I highly recommend the Newton location!

Nice doctor and staff, however, they have changed my appointment times without my knowledge or consent 2x. I made an appt for 4. Received a message that it was for 3:15. They will not answer the phone and the Jasper office said there was nothing they could do.

The Doctors are really good at the clinic. The staff is rude. They change appointment dates without letting you know. They are NOT helpful or professional.
