I went into Aloha Urgent care clinic with something small imbedded in my foot. I was very pleased by the professional and personal service I received. I came back to the hotel fromt desk and highly recommended them for any guest that needed their service.

The doctor at this clinic is the worst.I have ever encountered. The staff is great. We were on vacation. My father had been to a different urgent care center, where the care was fantastic. We wanted to do a follow-up before flying home, so we went to this clinic, which was very close to our hotel. The doctor prescribed my father cough medicine, which wasn't cough medicine. It could have killed him. Mistake one...phenergan for a cough???? Mistake 2-100, phengran to a person that has heart issues, high blood pressure u00e5nd has previously had a stroke. Dr. Hori is pushing patients through this urgent care clinic and not listening or caring what the patient or the family has to say. The location is convenient. The staff is nice... Dr. doesn't listen, doesn't care, and prescribes the wrong drugs. He could have killed my father with the prescription he gave him. Hindsight is 20/20, but even the pharmacist questioned why this drug was prescribed. When he first got sick, it was on a Saturday, and we went to the Kuhio Walk-in Clinic. The care was amazing. Every person in that office was fantastic. They ended up sending him to the hospital. I regret we didn't go there for the second visit because Dr. Hori sent my 81-year-old father back to the hotel to fly home on a 10-hour flight. Upon arrival at home, he was transported to the dr and had pneumonia. Phenegran??? for a cough --I wouldn't trust this doctor.

I didnu2019t attend the facility but earlier today, I called and explained my situation with my toddler son. They were honest and I am so happy they gave me a recommendation to a great childrenu2019s hospital- they were absolutely right! The hospital did need to give an IV and they were wonderful. Though they couldnu2019t help me as originally intended, they did help me wonderfully in getting my son proper care. Thank you.
