Last week, my wife and I visited this urgent care facility because she was experiencing ear pain, a clogged sensation, and hearing loss. She was diagnosed with an ear infection and prescribed a 10-day course of antibiotics. We followed the treatment exactly as instructed, but her condition showed no improvement during that time.nnOn day 9, still dealing with pain and pressure, we returned to the clinic to explain that the treatment had not helped. After a discussion at the front desk, a second antibiotic was prescribedu2014but shockingly, without a doctor or nurse re-examining her ear. When we politely asked if someone could at least take a quick look to confirm whether the medication was appropriate or if this required a more specialized approach, we were told we would need to pay for a full new visit.nnThis response was extremely disheartening and uncomfortable. We were not seeking to avoid payment, but rather expecting the clinic to stand behind the care they provided just a week earlier. This was clearly a continuation of the same issue, not a new one.nnBeing refused even a basic follow-up check unless we paid again made us feel more like customers than patients. It felt transactional, not compassionateu2014and when someone is in pain and uncertain about their health, that approach can be deeply unsettling.nnGiven this experience, I would not recommend anyone seek treatment at this facility. The lack of accountability and unwillingness to provide patient-centered careu2014especially when initial treatment failsu2014left us both disappointed and uneasy.nnHealthcare should be about healing, not just billing.

This is the best urgent care iu2019ve ever been to! The Doctor and all this PAs and the NP are so sweet, and actually take the time out of their day to show quality care for patients. I will always come back to this location and recommend to my coworkers/friends all the time!

The care and time everyone takes with you at this facility is outstanding. Unfortunately I had to go in without an appointment, but my wait was very manageable, they were very upfront about how long it might take, and everyone was very helpful, professional and kind. Even calling the next day to check on my kids. No one really likes to have to visit an urgent care clinic , but if you find yourself in a situation where you need it, I think this is a great one to Utilize.
