In the past they have been my go to urgent care. But after the last two weeks,I'm not so sure. The receptionist are horrible and uncaring. I'm sicker because of them . Long story. The second doctor I saw finally did something. If I had her the first time I might not still be sick.

Wasn't feeling well so I decided to go to the urgent care on Canal only for them to not take my insurance so I asked around and was recommended to Urgent Care Eleven. I arrived and was greeted warmly. Even though I was a walk in I was seen within 15 minutes. Once I told the nurse my symptoms she swab me for the flu and strep. I tested positive for strep. The doctor came in and did her examine. She was gentle and professional at the same time. I appreciate the lady's that took great care of me.

Both the administrator and nurse demonstrated exceptional care and kindness, but Dr. Jones truly stood out. His astuteness quickly identified the issue, providing a diagnosis in a fraction of the time and cost compared to an emergency room visit. His genuine care and empathy made me feel well-cared-for, and after over 10 days of misery, I started feeling like myself again within just 12 hours of the visit. I have been here several times and refer family and friends. Highly trained staff, knowledgeable, and the atmosphere of the office is excellent. They provide excellent service . They offer online appointments the same day, which means no long waiting. I canu2019t say enough about Urgent Care Eleven. They never disappoint
